We are pleased to announce Chef Jay Ammons has joined the Will Call team! Chef Jay has gained local and regional reputation as a "Master in the Making" by consistently producing quality dishes full of flavor.

We have a NEW lunch menu, available M-F 11-3. Designed to offer fresh, quick meals for the downtown crowd on the go. Or take your time and relax on our spacious balcony overlooking historic Palafox St. Business meeting? no problem, we can accommodate any situation. Privacy, large groups, full A/V capabilities.

After work, come and share a drink with your friends at our elegant Tavern Bar. Monday through Friday we offer Happy Hour specials; 2 for 1 well drinks and house wine and recently added Half off Appetizers!

We also offer lots of live music through out the week to provide a luxurious environment for a fine dining experience when no major games are on air. Two exciting new venues to Will Call are our Wednesday Night BUSINESS ON THE BALCONY and Sunday Morning BRUNCH! Business On The Balcony was designed to provide all of the local business professionals a place to relax while networking. What better way to meet clientele and discuss business with established clients than to do so while enjoying the beautiful local downtown scenery. Business On The Balcony begins at 4PM and lasts throughout the evening. Sunday Brunch is back with a vengeance! Chef Jay has taken brunch to a whole new level with a Chocolate Fountain, Carving Station and Omelette Bar! Brunch is buffet style; $18.95 for adults and 9.95 for 12 and under. We offer Bottomless Mimosas as well as Bottomless Bloody Mary's during Brunch as well.
