Kim Kardashian waved to fans yesterday after visiting sisters Khloe and Kourtney at a photo shoot in Miami — get her look here. She's currently in Florida for work, but Kim also helped celebrate Eva Longoria's birthday earlier this week. Kim was just in another warm climate during her tropical vacation with Reggie Bush, though there may be some trouble in paradise for the pair. The tabloids have been all over rumors about fights, but they have weathered rough patches in their relationship before.
